TYBEE ISLAND, Ga. (AP) — A coastal Georgia city is planning to pick up the tab for taxis on New Year’s Eve. WJCL-TV ( ) reports that Tybee Island police are asking revelers to call the department’s non-emergency line if they’re intoxicated and need a cab to get home.
